By accessing or using the D'Pure Water & Air Purification website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site.
D'Pure provides water and air purification products, installation services, maintenance, water testing, and related consulting for residential and commercial customers in the Florida Panhandle and Central Florida. Product availability, specifications, and service offerings are subject to change without notice.
All pricing is custom and provided upon request following a free water test or consultation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. D'Pure reserves the right to adjust pricing based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes discovered during installation. No price is guaranteed until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service call fee. D'Pure reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All installations are performed by IICRC-certified technicians. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (Aerus, Tyent, Air Excellence, etc.) and are subject to each manufacturer's terms. D'Pure's workmanship warranty covers labor for a period specified in your service agreement. Warranties are void if equipment is tampered with, improperly maintained, or damaged by events outside normal use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D'Pure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of D'Pure or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County or Collier County, Florida, as applicable.
