Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DPure LLC (“D’Pure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit dpure1.com, contact us, or use our water, air, and mold inspection & remediation services across Florida.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and home or service address.
- The details of your request (e.g., consultation, quote, or product interest).
- Communications you send us and your responses to our forms, quiz, or messages.
- Basic technical and usage data (e.g., device, browser, and pages viewed) collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your requests and schedule consultations, estimates, and service.
- Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
- Send you service-related communications (e.g., appointment confirmations and reminders) and, with your consent, marketing or promotional messages.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile number and opt in through our website forms (consultation request, quote request, or “Find My System” quiz) or in writing, you consent to receive text messages from D’Pure related to your request, appointments, and — if you opt in — marketing and promotional offers.
- Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at 800-693-4102.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. The only parties we share this information with are our SMS service providers (such as our messaging platform), solely to deliver the messages you requested. All other categories of information may be shared with service providers only as described below, but text-messaging opt-in data is expressly excluded from any third-party or affiliate sharing for marketing.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf (for example, hosting, customer-relationship management, scheduling, payment processing, and messaging delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the site and, with your consent, to understand traffic and to measure and improve our advertising. We group them into three categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (for example, keeping you signed in, remembering your quote cart, and recording your cookie choice). These always run and cannot be turned off.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics, which may set cookies to measure pages viewed and general usage.
- Advertising — help us measure and optimize our ads and show relevant offers. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies used to measure ad performance and to build advertising audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
Your choice. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Decline non-essential cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies (including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) do not load unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising directly with the platforms — Meta ad preferences, Google Analytics opt-out, and the DAA opt-out page.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California). We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Declining non-essential cookies in our banner opts you out of that sharing on this site.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices & Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date.
