Our indoor air-quality assessment: infrared imaging and a visual inspection plus a lab allergen analysis — 4 samples (3 indoor rooms and 1 outdoor control) with allergen, fiber and pollen counts. You get a written report and a protocol to solve the issue. This is an independent assessment; remediation, if needed, is handled as a separate engagement.

How much does mold testing cost in Florida?
D'Pure's Mold Allergen Analysis starts at $685 and includes 4 samples — 3 indoor rooms plus 1 outdoor control — analyzed by an independent accredited lab, with infrared imaging and a written protocol. Each additional room/sample is $100, so the price scales with how many rooms you want tested. What's the difference between a mold inspection, mold testing, and remediation?
A mold inspection is a visual and moisture assessment of the property. Mold testing collects air or surface samples for independent lab analysis to identify and quantify spores. Remediation is the physical containment and removal of mold. D'Pure offers all three — but, per Florida law, the assessment and the remediation of the same property are handled as separate engagements.
Does the same team do both the mold assessment and the remediation on my home?
Florida §468.8419 requires that the assessment and the remediation of the same structure be kept separate. D'Pure offers both services, structured so that no single job has the same team both assessing and remediating — which keeps the testing independent and protects your interests.
